On December 2, 2012, I logged on to BestBuyAnime.com to shop for my 9 year old niece's Christmas gift. I purchased with my credit card these 3 items:
GE3332 Fruits Basket: Key Chain - Shigure $3.25
GE6908 Fruits Basket: Shigure 8" Plush $8.66
GE6104 Fruits Basket: Shigure Sohma (Dog) Plush $16.60

Since December 15th & 22nd, every week after that I've been emailing BestBuyAnime.com asking where are my PAID items. No response!!!! I've even been checking the "Track Your Order" and can you believe that it is still being processed?!! So DO NOT SHOP AT BestBuyAnime.com!!! HORRIBLE customer service HORRIBLE OVERALL SERVICE!!!!!!!! THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!
