I found a wonderful colIegiate pool table and shuffleboard table at www.mybarstooldirect.com

I purchased a pool table and shuffleboard table from this company. They were to be custom built pair of tables representing the college my husband went to. They will not answer my calls or emails. I am out $7243.75 and I want my money back. These people are still in business and taking other people's money. It has been more than five months and they continue to ignore my calls, messages and emails. How can they get away with this? Is there no law protecting me from dishonest merchants? How can I stop them ?
