Clemens Tree Farm was contracted to provide evergreen trees for planting at a home in Lapeer County, and the trees subsequently lost their shape and needles. The new trees were cared for as directed by Rich Clemens, owner. Mr Clemens also offered a one year warranty at planting which he has refused to honor.

Over 8 telephone calls were made to resolve the issue and only one call was returned. In addition, the owner refused receipt of a registered letter addressing the issue.

Based upon our interaction Clemens Tree farm is not reputable and should not be considered for your evergreen tree planting.
