Just a head's up if anyone of you are old school still using the old fashioned appointment books, I strongly suggest you stay away from SUNDIAL EDITIONS I have used them in the past with no issues but this year they have a 16 week back log and their customer service refuses to expedite..They out and out lie ....swear it was shipped only to tell you next time it is still being processed, or the plant closed but the new one is handling it..or the dog ate my homework..They refuse to expedite..?Actually refuse any help whatsoever?
Note they are a large co and have all sorts of other departments,Jewelry etc but I now am highly suspicious of ever buying anything from them again?
Just passing this on..Stay away from SUNDIAL
