THIS CAR HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT A PROBLEM. SERIAL NUMBER 34r562637 SINCE i HAVE OWNED IT. THANK GOODNESS I PURCHASED AND EXTENDED WARRENTY WHICH NOW HAS EXPIRED. MY AIR CONDITIONER HAS STOPPED WORKING. I LIVE IN SOUTH FLORIDA. I HAVE READ ALL THE COMPLAINTS ON THIS VEHICLE WITH THE SAME PROBLEMS, PLUS WATER RETAINING IN DOOR WELLS, CAR TO HEAVY FOR TRANMISSION, RECALLS. I THINK CHRYSLER NEEDS TO STEP UP TO THERE CUSTOMERS AND EXTEND THE MANUFACTOURE WARRENTY ON THESE EXACT PROBLEMS THAT ALL OF US ARE HAVING THAT PURCHASED THE PACIFICA. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THIS VEHICLE EVEN PASSED WITH ALL THESE SERIOUS EXPENSIVE PROBLEMS. A STAND UP COMPANY WOULD BE MUCH MORE HELPFUL TO THERE CUSTOMERS AND HOPEFULLY WOULD BE CUSTOMERS AGAIN. CHECK MY VIN NUMBER TO SEE SERVICES DONE AT CHRYSLER DEALERSHIPS. I HAVE HAD THREE ALTERNATORS PUT IN ON MY OWN

6 YEAR OLD CAR?

The trans failure is unusual

The repeated Alternator failures means your repair shop has missed an underlying problem that needs to be found.

And fianlly you havent listed a mileage on this unit.

I recomend you change repair shops rather than blame the manufacturer
