Greetings: to all of my fellow consumers.....DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING TO DO WITH NEXTIVA.com!

first: They have an EXCELLENT incoming sales staff to "sell you". Then, once they have your money...they simply don't have a clue when it comes to dealing in "real life" circumstances. They will NOT fix any technical issues with the HARDWARE as the Cisco 5 line model: 525G color display phone. NOW, according to "James" in customer service there seems to be a firmware issue coming out of Cisco for the phone and this has been going on for more than a month before we puchased our what was the initial line out of 14 lines to be added.

NEVER! put all your eggs into one basket! Technology is great, but ONLY if the technical people that "service" you are equally as great!?

a nice personality is perfect, but only gets you so far. If a service company that is suppost to provide a service can not provide that service, then it shouldn't service anyone. we even asked to have our account "canceled" and we've simply been ignored. We've had our account password reset 13 times only to replace the temporary password with a permanent one to find out that the fact that they;ve not fixed the "backend" to the system will NOT allow the password reset to take place in real time. So, it doesn't matter to how many times we reset the password, it will never get fixed.

so, in order to cancel our service, we have to once again go to our financial institution and cancel our bank card on that Nextiva account in order to get them to stop charging our card.

Don't get us wrong....the Sales staff is near to Perfect in our opinion....The "backend" technical staff needs to go back to school to learn the basics....also: if a "known" issue is about with the equipment and or services sold...don't you feel that it should be at least mentioned to the potential customer so to make an "informed decision"?

so: bottom line: STAY AWAY FROM NEXTIVA.
