We purchased our refrigerator in Dec 2010 and have had issues with the ice maker since DAY ONE. We called numerous times and had just about every part swapped out of the ice maker. After every repair we were promised that it would be the last one. We spoke with Rebecca Williams a couple of times and the last time (This year) she promised that we would have our fridge replaced even though the warranty had expired. Well here we are a year and a half later and still no ice. I truly believe this is a design flaw on the part of Frigidaire and they need to own up. I am putting up a blog called "donotbuyfrigidaire.blogspot.com" where I will detail all the calls including names of the reps and the phone number and extensions of the managers.

I have never been more disgusted with a company than this.
