AIRTEL - Unnecessary 3G charges and Discrepancy in Bill and Connection is alive from 2 months after Request for temination

Dear Sir,

I am Airtel customer from last 8 years. 3 months back i have moved to mumbai and in march end i asked for terminate the number and i asked to correct the bill as i have to pay the full amount. I have taken 2 times 3G service 500 MBs in 200 rupees. and when i got sms like i have used 90 % of 3G data then i called customer care to deactivate the 3G service and activate the 2G service. Your customer care person told me be on line sir i am deactivating the 3G and activating the 2G service and he told you will get SMS as confirmation but i didn't got any sms and for this so i called customer care 4-5 times. but the service did not got deactivated and i stopped using as i had to use my mumbai air tel number and when i got bill it was more than 3700 and i called customer care immediately to correct the bill and terminate the no but its not happen and i called 7-8 times and while talking call was getting disconnected and i was unable to talk. and again in current month bill agin i have got charged unnecessary for 3G and Monthly plan. Please do the needful and settle the amount so that i can pay the reasonable amount . And finally very bad experience with customer care.You can call me any time on 7738002022.
