Our business phone service has been down for three days now. It appears that PCS1 does not have the expertise or resources to make the repair. Customer service, despite the long outage, has been poor at best with PCS1 / Datavo customer service personnel less professional and less informed than they should be. Whatever money we saved, if any, over the years by using PCS1 has been lost in the last three days with our phones being down. This company is not recommended with poor technology and poor business practices.
