We had bought a travel package to Thailand. However the flight was delayed over than 3 hours, then we missed the connection to the final destination, which was Phuket.

When we arrived in Guangzhou, we were informed that the China Southern Airline had no more flights available to Phuket. The only flight avaiable was on Monday, apr 30 at 11:15pm. Noted: We would return on Tuesday, May 1 at 2:30am.

We talked with Expedia on phone for more than three hours, until the batteries runned out. And nobody would be able to solve our problem. We talked with aprox 5 people and nothing!!!

So, by ourselves, we got back to Shanghai after nearly a day waiting at the airport for a solution.

In summary: We did not trip, did not have meal, did not have a hotel, did not have any efficient support... we bought a travel package in an good american company to do not have any kind of problems... and we are VERY disappointed which the quality of the services that you provide.

We had just one holiday to travel to Thailand and we stayed for more than 12 hours in Guangzhou Airport... wasted of time...

Expedia simply does not return any complain or call, you cannot leave customers in a critical situation like that and do not contact us for explanations about our complains.
