Parkway Inn Airport Motel - Extremely POOR service for Customers!

I booked a room at the Parkway Inn Airport Motel after a friend had gone by to see if it was a nice place. The owners obviously showed them a different room because when we arrived, the rooms were dirty, there was not maid service, & drug dealers & users were everywhere. On top of all that, they had a 10 min refund policy which was not disclosed up front when the room was reserved. By the time we go to our room & found it lacking in everything promised &/or shown on the website, it was too late to get a refund. No we paid for the week in advance in cash & to get our money back we had to agree to pay a full night $61.67 for being on property a full 15 minutes. This place is a rip off & dangerous place to stay. The management/front desk were not helpful at all & actually became combative when we tried to leave with our full refund. I do not recommend anyone using this facility unless they get a complete change in ownership & clean up their rooms & their acts!!!
