kroger - poor service

I purchased gas on this day and chose to not use my .40 cents off per gallon points. I was saving the points for my other car. Fewer than 24 hours later I returned with my other car. Suddenly I went from 444 fuel points to 44 available fuel points. After calling the 1-800-Krogers number several times and visiting the Krogers on West 71st Street and East 86th (where the manager assured me he would respond within 3 days)nothing was ever resolved, no one ever attempted to contact me, I even filled out an online survey explaining the situation. One lady on the phone said "Those points are lost, I don't know what happened, you need to get a new plus card." I have spent a lot of money over the years at Kroger. I want the fuel points that I earned and did not use. I have not spent one cent in Kroger since this incident.
