I Purchased a product from them. I called them to see if an extension strap they sell would fit the camera bag I bought from them. The rep for the company (adaorama camera) suggested that I go n a diet! I have never been so insulted! Shop for your camera needs locally. They care enough to take care of you and in a respectful manner! Do not shop with the internet giant who could care less that their people are insulting customers!
