Every time I call customer service with Liberty Bank it seems like the person who answers the phone has a chip on her shoulder. I only want to know things like current transactions to reconcile my check book and the representative acts like I'm wasting her time and is very irritated by my call. This has happened the last 3 or 4 times in a row that I've called and I only call once every 3-4 months.
