Got a call I'd gone over my minutes but I could temporarily increase the plan then return to original the next month. After 8 months, they're billing me for $1300 for not paying the original overage. I've spent 3 hours on the phone, each time they promise I'll be credited and pay only the cancellation fee. I've been on hold right now for 12 minutes. Customer service is their inside joke.

Wish I'd never heard of Verizon, and will never ever use them again.
