hi i bought a multifunction printer from benq and when i got home i tryed to install the driver but failed !!! it s not for win7 and i called a couple number to ask , and benq turkey distrubitor costumer service told me the driver cd is for winxp you have to find a driver for win7 ,i asked how !!! they you gotta reach benq costumer service and i did, when i explain my problem turkish staff Ebru Candan didnt even say anything she just gave me a number of turkey distrubitor , which i already called ! and i repled her she keeps givinme the same number only as rude !!! thats not good for a big company ! i did have respects to BENQ but not anymore , so benq help service didnt help me , didnt even try to help me !!!!! so i dont know what to do i cant use that printer ! i put it in the storrage , i think i have to another1 which has no relations with benq !!!!
