Washer broke on July 2nd. Person from Appliance Solutions Inc. came out to affect repair. Partial repair was done but transmission on washer (Kenmore) had locked up, so a new one had to be ordered. It has been a week since they came. Attempts to call the company has failed, despite calling numerous times. A back line number was called adn the female that answered the phone was so rude and obnoxious. They are going to be leaving us without a washer for 2 weeks at least to possibly 6 weeks. DO NOT USE THEM. The staff are rude, and have NO person skills, and do not deal with customers in a decent manner.
