I have had TWC high speed internet at my location since January 2012. I have had the service down for over a dozen times for hours at a time since it was installed. This week alone it has been down 3 times and intermittently it will go down and I cannot send e-mails.

They are trying to fix the problem but in the mean time I am losing business. Previously I had Verizon Fios for over 10 years and I never had any problems.
