On Jan. 10, I spent hours on phone with tech diagnosing the fact that my disk drive needs to be replaced. Since I was leaving on a trip until Jan. 29, they said I just needed to phone in to confirm that I would be home Jan. 30 on for service call and the part would be shipped to 3rd party service. Today I have spent hours again on hold starting over! Getting cut off, dealing with insolent, rude tech named David who refused to give me a badge #, and refused to let me speak to any one else.
