I paid this company a fee to clean a dorm room on Jan 5th 2012. The company did not make any contact with us. I emailed them via their website, called them @ 1-888-4-DORMAID, called the phone number of their other company Lion Laundry. I was immediately disconnected , no person, no hello, nothing. I found the name and phone number of one of the owners of the company on manta.com ( only after googling the name of the company) Only then was I able to speak with him ( 1/26/12). He was absolutely appalled that I was compalining about his companys lack of response or no repsone to my inquiries. They provide services to students on multiple college campuses. I was assured this evening that I would get a refund only after many days, hours of tracking down one of the owners.
