I paid for and downloaded cucusoft ultimate DVD converter. The product never worked, I sent email after email to the support email address and they did nothing but gave me a run around. After weeks of back and for emails and hours of countless trouble shooting, I finally realized they were not going to refund my money for their faulty product. I'm out $120.00 and there's not a damn thing I can do about it. So heed my warning and do not buy anything from this company
