Non-payment of dividend for two years 2009-10 and 2010-11 Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals Corp by Linkintime (India) Pvt Ltd

Vide their letter No.LIIPL/962/DIV/2009-2010/339819/10848 dated 16/09/10 Link Intime (India) Pvt Ltd, transfer agents for MRPL sent dividend warrant No.339819 directly to my bank, State Bank of Travancore, North Main Road, Annanagar West Ext. Chennai-600101. But instead of mentioning bank�s name as �State Bank of Travancore� they mentioned �State Bank of India�. A/c number and bank address etc. were correct. Due to this error the Bank returned the cheque to the company. I complained about this at the co�s website on 30.09.2010 but no action has been taken.

Again vide their letter No.LIIPL/MRPL/DIV10-11/317455 dated 16.9.2011 they sent dividend cheque No.317455 on HDFC Bank to my address. Again they mentioned the bank�s name as �State Bank of India�. Due to this error HDFC Bank dishonoured the cheque.

I wrote registered letter dated 20.10.2011 enclosing the returned cheque claiming dividend amounts for 2009-10 and 2010-11. No action has been taken by the company so far.
