Britto Central goes out of their with to offer good customer service when you are in their gallery that is actually owned by the artist himself Romero Britto. After the sales however, it takes them over 4 weeks to ship the artwork to you without notification. The artwork that I purchased was actually shipped damaged. These pieces were not damaged during the shipping process, but packaged up damaged. One had a scratch on the glass and the other had a large ding in the frame! And 5 weeks later I have still not received replacement artwork, nor any compensation for this horrible process! Shame on Romero Britto for owning an art gallery that shows his artwork with such poor customer service!
