RICHARDSON PUBLIC LIBRARY = CRIMINAL EMPLOYEE BEHAVIOR! RPL employee Darrell Cook sexually harasses patrons, then illegally manipulates their accounts when rejected to add false late fees, damages and other charges; friend and library director Steve Benson then illegally covers for Cook's harassment and fraudulent activities by responding - in at least one documented case - that 'little green men from outer space must be responsible' (he even had the gall to include that statement in an email). Is this the kind of unprofessional, unbalanced behavior you expect from city employees paid with our tax dollars? If you have been sexually or otherwise harassed by these two library workers, please email us through this ad for information on a class action lawsuit being organized against these disgraceful excuses for professional librarians. Don't let this pair of criminal public employees harass any more library patrons. Thank you for your support in having these dangerous individuals removed from their jobs!

The complainant, Tim a O'Reilly, was trying to divert attention from his misdeeds. He was cutting pictures from borrowed materials and was borrowing but not returning books but claiming he had returned them

The complaint of sexual harassment, made anonymously here, was immediately reported by Library Director Benson to the City?s HR department. The same complaint was made again, soon after it had appeared here, in a letter to City Managers Office. The complaint was investigated although Mr. O?Reilly refused to participate or cooperate. The charges were found to be groundless. I post this information so that the malicious and false complaint by Mr O'Reilly will not be a smear detracting from the outstanding quality of Mr Cook's professional skills and behaviors. (S. Benson)
