I have spent two days trying to resolve this problem. After hours on the phone I determined that I couldn't log into my account because of a typo in my username. Intuit Support said fax a copy of my driver's license to them to confirm I am who I say I am. Did that, they closed my case without a fix. Responded that case was not closed. Asked them to fix typo. They sent me a password reset. Nothing is wrong with my password! It is my user name that's the problem. Can't get to them without logging in using my (you guessed it) user name and password! This is catch 22 in the extreme. No username, no help. User name is the problem, so I can't get help. Oh, and most support folks there don't speak English. Is that why they needed my driver's license?
