I purchase a choke tube from Todd Wilson on 2/05/2012 and it was delivered on 2/09/2012. It was incorrect and I contacted Todd Wilson and he said when I return the tube he would sent the correct one. I sent it back certified mail 2/10/2012 and it was scheduled for delivery on 2/13/2012. No one would sign for it so a notice was left stating it would be at the post office. As of 2/17/2012 it was still at the post office. I expected my replacement choke tube would be in my hands by then along with a check for the return shipping cost but it was not. I tried contacting Todd Wilson but he would not answer or return emails so I cancelled my order and requested a refund plus return shipping cost but only received the purchase price. Why should I be out the cost of return shipping due to Todd Wilson's mistake?
