I bought a pair of Capelli rain boots that I wear less than ten minutes per day, under no stress, and within three months, they were cracked across the top and up the back seam. I contacted the company about a replacement or refund, and this is the answer that I received, "we do not have a guarantee under our boots" and they would do nothing for me.
