Ulta.com - Items returned to Ulta.com but no refund issued

I purchased several products via ulta.com. I returned some of the products due to dissatisfaction. I never received a refund. I send an email via their customer service in which I included the UPS receipt showing that the items were delivered and signed for by Ulta. I received an email back from guest services stating that too much time had passed and there would be nothing they could do to assist me. They should either issue the refund or offer a credit for the amount or worse case at least offer to send the items back to me since I paid for them.
