December 21, 2012- A delivery driver for UPS truck number 675384, at 5:00pm on Friday, on a one-way street in Chicago, decides to stop his truck IN THE MIDDLE OF THE BLOCK IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET when there is a large parking spot not more than 10 feet from where he decided to 'park' and block traffic. Then after delivering the package, he decides to have a 3 minute conversation with the girl who signed for the package (probably looking for some holiday 'fun'), then returned to his truck, looked directly at me, pulled the truck up 20 feet AND THEN stops and parks it again so that he could deliver packages to apartments on the other side of the street.

How ignorant and inconsiderate does someone have to be to block a street TWICE instead of pulling their vehicle into an open parking spot when it's available? One day, one of these delivery drivers is going to pull one of these moves and block an ambulance or another emergency vehicle and it's going to cost someone their life... then there will be a law-suit filed for negligence and obstruction of roadway against UPS like never before...
