I had a horrible experience in my eight years there. I worked offering a doorway to work on other projects. The company deals with issues very poorly from harassment to racism, it just gets brushed off.

There is absolutely NO connection between Sizemore Security and Regent Security. In fact, at the time of the complainer's posting, Regent Security had been acquired by Universal Protection Service several months prior. Sizemore Security and its parent company, Sizemore, Inc., always handles employee concerns in a caring, professional way with absolutely no hint of racism. The complainer no doubt has another ax to grind, especially since he worked there for EIGHT YEARS by his own admission. Couldn't have been THAT bad!
