SOS Online Backup - SOS Canadian backup servers were having issues, SOS won't cancel contract

SOS Canadian backup servers were having issues causing service to fail repeatedly over the course of 2 weeks. Unreliable service cost my company reputation and money.

I communicated to them before the next month of billing that I no longer wanted the service. They required me to work with their technical team to prove the issues were their fault and not mine. I was able to provide logs that showed the service not working on their end. They said if this happened that they would cancel my service. Instead of cancelling my service they have ignored my emails to them. They are not responding to me, but are instead continuing with charging me for a service that has proven to be unreliable.
