I gave a 50% deposit for a hot tub ($3325.70). I was told on September 24, 2012 several times "I could not get my tub" by "Ally" who sold me the tub and my check/deposit would be mailed back to me. That was over 2 months ago.I call or go to the store and Ally says speak to the manager Amy who says only the owner Jack can issue checks and he will not come to the phone or answer my repeated emails.

While I now read in the small print "this contract is non-cancelable" it was they who did not want to complete the deal. This is not buyer's remorse. Even if I were offered to take delivery, how could I have trust in them going forward, especially if there is a warranty issue or other matter.I don't even know if they still have the tub
