Rent Now - Company Changed Story As Soon As They Received Money

My fiance and I found this company earlier this year. We kept in contact with Nathan and I must say that Nathan is a really great liar. He lead us to believe that he could find us a place, even with our difficult situation. Well after speaking with him for months and getting no where on our own, we decide to give him a shot. Initially we were told that they would look for everything, get in contact with the property owners and speak with them, find out prices, and when they get a list we would get a call to go look at the places. As soon as Nathan took the $62 over-the-phone payment, his whole story changed. He laid out new rules, said they will not contact the property owners, they will send us listings via their webpage, and even gave us a customer service number. So not only was he not going to help us, he basically wasnt going to take our calls either. One week into loggin in there are no new listings daily, none of what we asked for, and most postings are old. I'm pretty sure we won't get our refund either. So if you hear about these guys find someone else!!!! They only want your money, they are not worth the time or headache!!!!

Rent Now takes all customer complaints very seriously. We have a written Service Agreement which outlines exactly what we say we'll do so that there is no confusion on the part of the customer. We go over our service agreement with each customer and they are required to read and sign it before we will accept payment for our services. We have a customer service department that is open Monday - Friday for customers to call in the event that they have a problem finding the home they're looking for. The phone number for customer service is printed prominently on the customer's receipt, as well as within their online account with us.
