I do not recommend this management company. I live in Tamarac Florida. This management company does not have a professional and ethical way of doing business, my complex looks in very poor condition, landscaping, lighting and irrigation, driveway to name a few as well as common areas looks very bad. The president a guy named Daniel has an attitude problem he treats people on very demeaning way, never answer his phone. He only looks for his best interest, he thinks he is God. He harasses home owners making it very unpleasant and uncomfortable to live. "STAY AWAY FROM THIS MANAGEMENT

This development is Southgate Gardens on Southgate Blvd. just east of University Drive in Tamarac. Drive by and see the changes for yourself. In 18 months of being managed by Northwest Management, the parking lot was resealed, stoppers painted, the unbecoming fence removed, an 850' hedge was planted along the road, a fence was installed along the back of the property, the catwalks and sidewalks get pressure cleaned, the pool is consistently in good repair, pest control comes out every month and sprays inside units and the common areas. People do not store items outside their units anymore. The accountability of applicants has improved and the development is no longer an apartment building for just anyone. Southgate Gardens attracts people who wants rules, respect rules, and it's important to have a management company to enforce the rules. All applicants are required to pass a criminal background, have a 600-620 credit score and have a parking decal to reside at Southgate Gardens. The board and the management company have nothing to apologize for. Drive by and see for yourself.
