I bought a blue-ray home theater system about a year and half but now is no playing blue ray movies anymore so I called Samsung and they told me that my product needs an upgrade so I tried to upgrade bay internet, it dint work then they send me a CD software to do the upgrade, it dint work also, now they want me to send the product to New Jersey and they want me to charge 80$ when the product has to upgrade bay itself, the product is no damaged the problem is that is no upgrading bay itself like all others blue-rays brands, so they have to fix their mistake at no charge.
