Forplay Catalog - Not Good Business
Posted on Wednesday, November 14th, 2012 at 4:12pm CST by Courtney C.
Company: Forplay Catalog
Category: Clothing, Shoes, Apparel
I had a similar experience with Forplay. I am in the process of filing a complaint with The Better Business Bureau and possibly the Police. I ordered a Halloween Costume through them. When I received said costume, it was nothing like the item described on the website and it was very cheap and the size chart was completely incorrect. I contacted them and was advised I could return the product for store credit. I returned the item immediately (at my cost for the shipping) and then yesterday return home to see that they have returned the item to me stating it was damaged. There are huge deodorant stains (I don't wear deodorant because I have terribly sensitive skin) that it looks like someone drew on the seams of the arm pit. This has been a completely fraudulent experience and people need to be aware before dealing with these people so this DOES NOT happen to them.
