I have Norton internet security software, still got a Virus, logged onto Norton live for repair, they charged $99 to repair a virus that I had already paid for them to prevent. Now they won't repair the virus and they have kept my additional $99. can't call them, can't email them. Their line is always busy. their is no link to email. I'm screwed
