I am writing about my horrific experience with Louis Vuitton. I bought a N51205 HAMPSTEAD PM DAMIER handbag on my wife's birthday at the Louis Vuitton store at Valley Fair Mall in Santa Clara, CA. The price was $1,398.14 including tax. My wife didn't like the handbag the size wasn't right, but had never used the bag. So I complied with the 14 day return policy, It was 5 days after purchase, I went to Stanford Mall, as it was nearest at that time, to return it. The store manager Chloe asked that said that there was a small stain on the bottom of the bag, so she could not accept the return. She could only offer a Store credit. She told me to go back to the original store where I bought it to receive a full return.

So next day, I went back to the Vally Fair store,

and talked Helen Nguyen - Service Leader Leathergoods. Tel : 408.247.1102

and returned the bag to her in person. However She didn't give me Store Credit or reverse the charge on my credit card. The bag remains with Helen Nguyen

I also lodged a complain with Renae Extn . 537 Customer service No. 212-758-8877

1-866-VUITTON and opened a dispute with American Express.

I m seeking your help to help me with this Consumer rip off.
