In June 2010 the water main broke in my rental property at 12398 Anchor Court, Woodbridge, VA 22192. I contacted John C. Flood Plumbing, and they came to repair said break at a cost of $3,000. Less than two years later, in March 2012, the water main broke again. Fortunately, I had bought insurance from Dominion so this time I did not have to disburse any money. I talked to a manager at Flood, who completely disregarded my complaint.
