I wanted to give my doctor an excellent evaluation, despite some problems with the scheduling, but Healthgrades.com said there's no way to do that on their website. They said I must include comments on the scheduling.
Of course, I could just lie, but it's not in my nature to do that.
Their site affects the livelihoods of the doctors evaluated, but they don't seem to care much whether they are being fair.

This consumer must have contacted a website other than healthgrades.com. We not not allow consumers to make any free form comments. Our patient experience survey is multiple choice only. We welcome this consumer to come back to healthgrades.com and take a survey that is multiple choice only.
