ICS did not present a contract, only an on line application form. ICS policy was explained by the salesman and a lot was left out. ICS did not reveal that fees would be charged for under-use, that 'FCC' fees would be tacked on, that cancellation fees would be assessed. ICS took the liberty of modifying ACH numbers to access our bank account and withdraw funds (over $700) as a means of subverting the 'Stop Payment' order we issued to the bank. ICS denies any wrongdoing.
