The bed arrived 3 weeks late. No problem. I phoned 3 times to place an order by phone, no one picked up or returned my call. Because of the unclear ordering process online, I ordered the incorrect legs for the bed. The legs screw on, and are not needing "technical service" to remove the wrongs legs and install the correct legs that were pictured on line. I realize that I made a silly mistake, but also an easily remedied one. I spent over $1,000 for the bed. It is a nice bed. They insist I pay $279 for the new legs! I just want to exchange the legs. Very poor service, and forget about any recourse or help to their paying customers!! I will stick with local businesses from now on.
