bought a product company, but I'm trying to get in touch by email and facebook to find out if the product has already been dispatched, but unfortunately are not responding to my messages

The customer was notified 3 times of his tracking number. We are not sure what his complaint is. Like it clearly states on our website International delivery does take several weeks due to delays in customs
