DO NOT use Yellow Cab - they literally took us for a ride - charged us $43 for a $26 cab fare - when we questioned why so much, driver said exit ramp was closed so he had to go another way - concierge at hotel said he had other options and that they do this 50% of the time...

It's called taking the scenic route and it's a very common practice by drivers of many cab companies-not just Yellow. Was the driver from the Middle East? They make up at least half of all cab drivers in the US now....

Perhaps if he told us he was taking the scenic route we would have understood; however, he specifically told us that there were no other options - no - he did not appear to be from the middle east.
