I'm in the process of cancelling my account with T-Mobile. The reason ? I cannot afford their increasint rates.

I'm retired from the Federal Government, and on disability (due to severe medical problems...which are verifiable).

My rates used to be around $120 a month. Now they've increased to $150 a month. Under my Plan, I've got "Unlimited Talk and Text", which includes 200 Mb (for phone) and 2Gb (for tablet). I check my usage twice a month, to make sure that I haven't gone over my limit(s). Which I haven't. Now, it's gotten to the point, where I can't afford to pay their rates.

T-Mobile refuses to cancel my service !!!!!!!

I AM AN AMERICAN CITIZEN, AND WILL NOT BE HELD HOSTAGE LIKE THIS !!!!
