I helped a friend order a Boyd's Bear online as a gift for her grandson who graduated. Therefore, we ordered a graduation bear.

When the bear arrived it was of cheap quality but because the graduation was only days away she kept it.

Upon further investigation, it was determined that this was not even a Boyd's Bear!

I wrote to the company on her behalf and was told that it was indicated on the website that this was not a Boyd's Bear.

When I have looked up the website, the name has been changed. Also the words have been added to the description of the bear that it was not a Boyd's Bear.

My friend paid good money for the quality of a good bear, which you would expect from a Boyd's bear website and not some run of the mill bear.

I hope this can be settled to our satisfaction. Thank you.
