Premiere Chevrolet - Lack of Response
Posted on Thursday, August 16th, 2012 at 8:36pm CDT by Sandra C.
Company: Premiere Chevrolet
Category: Cars, Motorcycles, Boats, Vehicles
I notified the dealership in June, 2012 to cancel GAP and extended warranty on the car that I was trading in. I was shorted $340.00 on the extended warranty cancellation and the GAP of $599.00 is still not refunded. The finance manager does not answer my emails or phone calls. This is a poor way to do business.
Why does a dealership keep part of the extended warranty money when the car still had factory warranty in place and not 1 penny of the extended warranty was used. Mainly because the car did not have any problems.
