Every month I receive a package from express scripts for delivery OVERNITE and I have to spend all day on the phone with Fedex trying to get it delivered. They don't care about whether I get my package on time or not. I've even had to drive to the facility to pick it up. It is sent overnite and is marked URGENT and all I get from them are excuses. I suspect that it is the employee I asked to knock a little harder on my door and I got an attitude like you wouldn't believe! If I'm on the computer in another room I cant hear a knock and this is why I asked him to knock a little harder! This employee has a very bad attitude and this has been going on for 4 months. I'm tired of the excuses. They need to weed out the person who is holding up my package and get rid of him. I will no longer go and pick up my package and something needs to be done about this. This incompentcy at its worst. The fact that they allow him to mess up my delivery is absurd and needs to be addressed immediately,

You'd think with a delivery service like FED EX that there would be a place higher up that you could complain too. We've talked to Managers and Supervisors and got absolutly no results. We were promised our package by the top Manager the next day after they failed to deliver it. And it didn't happen. We even called that day at 5:00 and was told that it would still be delivered that the truck wasn't back yet. We waited up until 10 at night, still no package. I think we'll try complaining to the place that regulates all Trucking companies. This is the second time it has happened to us. Why is it that UPS has no problems with delivery to our house. I suggest you do like we are doing and call up your sender and ask them to use UPS.

Well I am really upset! On 10/31/2012 I paid $37.07 in Frederick MD to have a medicine delivered to my husband using FedEx to Oakland,MD also know as Deep Creek Lake. This is a 2 to 2 1/2 hr drive from my house however, I had to work on 11/1/2012 so that is why I used them as he needs this medication. Now I find that it has sat at Morgantown, WV all day. Gee they even took it to Memphis, TN and Pittsburgh, PA but can't deliver today as promissed in the state of MD where it was originally was sent. Yes there were storms in the area however, I know for a fact that the road were clear and there was not reason why it could not be delived on their road as the Menenites in that area opened the roads on their own time. God Bless them. The electric co took the wires off the car and they now could leave the area as there will be no power for possibley up to 2 wks. Again I state my husband needs his meds. They said they will call tomorrow morning and want someone to meet them. All I can say is that my husband better not die or it will be on them! I want my money back too! If you want something done right do it yourself. Guess I should have used UPS!!

This comment has nothing to do with a shipping problem. Today (April 2nd, 2013), I was on my way home from work and was confronted with a very aggressive Fedex driver. Not only did he or she drive dangerously close to my bumper, I believe they tryed to catch up with me when I tryed to get away from them. I passed them several times because I felt threatened and three times they continued to ride my bumper. If I would have had to stop quickly it would have not been a good outcome. I don't know that you can do anything about this problem but would appreciate something being said to this driver if they can be located. They were traveling west bound on Highway forty around the time of 3 P.M. this afternoon. Around the area of chesterfield, Mo. through St.Charles area that is where I exited. I believe this to be the there license plate number P100965 or possibly 85 as the last 2 numbers. Please help me stop this aggressive behavior. Thank you very much, Vicki Bast
