Purchased the Registry fix software and it does not operate with 64 bit system. Formaly requested a refund and recieved a generic response to reciept of request. Have sent numerous emails starting on 7/2/12. The only response is a generic email that the refund is being processed. Customer service is non existent. Live customer support offers only generic responses also. Transaction info is below. Thank you for your help in this matter.
