Lack of correspondence from T-Mobile. Numerous phone calls, faxed to them twice, with not even a response from the faxes. Not even a bill.

We went to the local T-Mobile phone store and specifically told them what we were wanting. That I need the internet where ever I go. He said "no problem". After about a week, I couldn't use the data because it said"data roaming, limit has been reached". The store clerk checked a map and said "Oh, it should reach there". Didn't explain anything about the data roaming at the time either. Just said it should be fine. Upped the gig to 5 and still wouldn't work. I ended up losing a lot of miles because of lack of internet use. (I am a semi-truck driver). They lied about the data usage and now are charging us an early termination fee. Why, with all the problems and LACK of use. I don't mind paying the phone bill......just NOT THE $800.00 for "early termination fee"! UNFAIR!
